For local orders using non-Shopee supported logistics, please check the estimated delivery date directly with the seller via Shopee Chat.
For overseas orders, once the seller arranges shipment, delivery will take 9 to 18 working days, depending on the selected delivery service and other factors.
What Happens If You Miss a Delivery?
First Attempt: Your order will be redelivered.
Second Attempt: The order will be canceled and returned to the seller (RTS).
⚠️Note · If your order is past the estimated delivery date, you can request expedited delivery. · Track your delivery using the in-app tracker; updates will appear within 24 to 48 hours. · For unexpected delays and rider-related concerns, contact the courier directly. · Non-COD orders will receive a refund once the parcel is successfully returned to the seller (RTS).
